I also really like the overall fit of this jacket. It layers easily over baselayers without feeling restrictive and still fits comfortably under a shell when needed. With two zippered hand pockets on the front of the jacket, it can be stuffed into one of the hand pockets for portability.The combination of warmth, features, and fit works especially well for me, making the REI Magma my favorite down jacket for hiking and backpacking.
